Position Summary

WR Community Services is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to deliver compassionate, in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. CNAs provide hands-on assistance with daily living tasks, supporting both health and dignity for our clients.

This role is ideal for certified professionals who take pride in

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning
  • Provide personal care such as bathing, toileting, and grooming
  • Monitor vital signs and observe changes in health status
  • Support clients with basic activities of daily living
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
  • Follow care plans and communicate effectively with supervisors & families

Qualifications

  • Active CNA certification in Tennessee, Mississippi, or Arkansas (as applicable)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (when required)
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screening
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to client safety, respect, and dignity
