Position Summary

WR Community Services is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to deliver compassionate, in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. CNAs provide hands-on assistance with daily living tasks, supporting both health and dignity for our clients.

This role is ideal for certified professionals who take pride in
meaningful work and value long-term career opportunities within a supportive organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Provide personal care such as bathing, toileting, and grooming
Monitor vital signs and observe changes in health status
Support clients with basic activities of daily living
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
Follow care plans and communicate effectively with supervisors & families

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Tennessee, Mississippi, or Arkansas (as applicable)
Must be 18 years of age or older
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (when required)
Successful completion of background check and drug screening
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to client safety, respect, and dignity
